Employers can now indicate NO-SHOWS when they fail to appear to a scheduled interview or temp assignment without cancelling prior. To mark a dental professional as a "NO-SHOW", go to their Profile and click the "Interview" tab and click the NO-SHOW button. Reporting a candidate as a NO-SHOW penalizes their ranking and de-prioritizes them in future hiring searches.
Dental Web Jobs will send a warning email to the dental professional alerting them that they have been marked as a NO-SHOW to an interview/temp day. This will not reveal your office name or contact information. Once a dental professional has been reported 3 times, there will be penalties.
